Return & Store Credit Policy
At Diamond Ring & Everything Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer store credit on eligible returns.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
- In original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Diamond Ring & Everything Boutique reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
Store Credit Only
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original form of payment.
Approved returns will receive a store credit for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding shipping charges.
Store credit may be used toward future purchases and does not expire.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Earrings and body jewelry
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale merchandise
- Seasonal and holiday items
- Beauty or personal care products
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Diamond Ring & Everything Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.
Processing Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Store credit will be issued via email to the address used when placing your order.
